Between two days long power outages, two different weekends with guests, two weekends of vaccine stuff, and one weekend spent just trying to get back to myself…. my closet revamp got a little derailed. So I’m going back to the beginning. It won’t be quite the same, because I’ve done lots of the work already, but I wanted to have a better idea of where I am now.
So here’s to two weeks 🙂
Day one: I wore a Cream colored crop tee shirt and ripped light jeans. I worked with the boys and spent a good deal of the day outside. I felt cute and confident most of the day.
Day two: I wore brown leggings and my off white “coffee” crew neck sweatshirt. I worked with the boys and felt a little self conscious about my leggings.
Day three: I wore a black v neck long sleeve tee and the same light ripped jeans. I worked with the boys, baked, and cleaned. I felt confident and comfortable.
Day four: I went braless in my grey destroy the patriarchy crew neck sweatshirt and wore a pair of acid wash ripped skinny jeans. I went grocery shopping, cleaned, and cooked. I felt comfy but maybe a bit frumpy.
Day five: I wore a tan long sleeve sweater top and blue mom jeans. I put makeup on. I got socially distanced coffee with a friend, did some shopping, and stuff at home. I felt great.
Day six: I wore my favorite orange crop top with a brown sweater and sweat pants. I spent the day working from home. I looked a little funny but was comfy and cozy.
Day seven: I wore a grey long sleeve sweater and black leggings. I spent most of the day working from home and doing school work. I felt comfy and cute.
Day eight: I wore ripped jeans and my coffee sweatshirt again. I worked with the boys. I felt comfy and cute.
Day nine: I wore leggings and a light weight green long sleeve with a black zip up hoodie. I worked with the boys, and the weather was nice. I felt fine.
Day ten: I wore a black tee shirt and skinny blue jeans with torn pockets that I cuffed at the ankle. I had a black zip up hoodie. I enjoyed a chill day with the boys. I felt a little frumpy, but mostly good.
Day eleven: I wore a cream cropped tee shirt with black jeans I now fit in, a jean jacket, and Birkenstocks again. I went for a walk in the park, to Powell’s, and for coffee. I felt great!
Day twelve: I wore a grey Levis hoodie and black leggings. I worked from home, cooked, cleaned, and had a skype date with a friend. I felt cute, but a little homey.
Day thirteen: I wore my Levi hoodie with a dusty pink crop top and my camo leggings. I felt cute and kind of Badass.
Day fourteen: I wore two outfits, for work, black jeans and my white and green st pattys day gnome tee shirt. Then for our date I wore a green button down tee with a tan oversized blazer and blue tight mom jeans with mules. I felt cute and confident in both but those mom jeans weren’t practical, too tight for the meal we ate.
Day fifteen: I wore a white wide cropped tee shirt and army green linen pants. I worked and had lots of school stuff to do. I felt cute and kinda BA.
