7. If you were a children’s or young adult author, how would your book start?
I grew up knowing magic and powers. I knew it came from nature and that we could amplify and use that magic. What I didn’t know until I got a little older was that not everyone could, that these powers weren’t universal.
Only the kids who truly care. Only the ones who really listened… Could hear the song.

8. What modern tech takes up most of your time?
Easily my phone.
9. What is the first thing you do in the morning?
– Turn off my alarm, go to the bathroom, then feed the cat. Every morning.
10. What color do you feel like today?
Grey. Not a bad gray… a soft, heathery warm grey.
