5 in 5: one

As I move through the year I am hoping that I can use the five ‘themes’ I came up with to guide my decisions and to help me to be more intentional about my

  1. Consistency: Tracking my sleep, writing everyday, deep breathing exercise everyday.
  2. Connectedness: Starting a witch pleasure course, preparing as best I can for time with our friends and community during this new phase of COVID.
  3. Balance: Carved out time next week for some grief time, took a two day vacation.
  4. Career and School: Started new classes, submitted an application, signed up for a new training.
  5. Community: Saw friends, intentionally communicated with family, and met new people.

When it comes to my 22 to do in ’22 I have also made some progress. To be fair, it’s only been a few days, but I’m celebrating the little wins these days.

I have gone outside everyday and had some water to drink. I have tried two new foods, gone several new places and done several cool new things. I have more pictures of me that I plan to share soon and I’m a whole book down on my list already.

Anyway, we are 5 whole days down and I’m feeling mildly stressed but mostly good. I hope you guys are taking the baby steps, being kind to yourselves, and avoiding crazy diet culture.
