5 in 5: two

  1. Consistency: Still tracking my sleep etc. from last week. This week I am also aiming to go for a walk everyday, so far so good. And feeling really pretty good.
  2. Connectedness: Had some really great friend time. Also got some vitamin D and spent time outside. Feeling grounded
  3. Balance: Got some good homework, social, work, chill, and grief time in this week, but a bit short on sleep. I am putting lots of thought into balancing life.
  4. Career and School: Started new training, continuing with school stuff and working on updating my resume etc.
  5. Community: Saw friends, intentionally communicated with family again, and spent some really solid time with my grief people.

For the 22 in ’22 I am still going strong. 75% done with my next book. I’m still getting outside everyday. I’m working through a new album by a new artist to me. And I’ve shared two affirmation videos 😀
